Silent, Final, Immediate
Routing happens quietly in real time.
When a prompt semantically fits a provider’s intake profile—location, care type, modality, and availability—it's routed to the configured endpoint (email, webhook, assistant, etc.). If it doesn’t fit, it dies in silence.
There is:
+ No retry
+ No queue
+ No escalation.
Providers don’t receive “leads.” They receive structured alignment, i.e., requests that already fit their intake schema. If routing ceases, the only path to reactivation is structural realignment.
