Medixlinx Legal + Terms

Effective Date: March 12, 2026
This page governs public use of the Medixlinx website, protects Medixlinx’s public-facing materials, and explains how information submitted through the site is handled. It does not serve as the Provider Agreement for accepted providers. Provider participation in Medixlinx is governed separately through the Apply page and related provider-facing materials.

§1. Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Medixlinx website, including its public-facing pages, forms, contact channels, text, graphics, and related site functionality.

By accessing or using this site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Medixlinx is deterministic intake routing infrastructure for human and animal care. This site exists to describe Medixlinx, present public-facing information, receive certain inquiries, and allow provider applications through designated channels.

This site is not a public provider directory, not an open marketplace, not a lead-generation exchange, and not a general-purpose chatbot.

Nothing on this site grants any person or entity a right to be listed, routed to, accepted into Medixlinx, or treated as a participating provider.

You may use this site only for lawful, legitimate, and non-disruptive purposes consistent with its public function, including:

  • Reviewing public-facing information about Medixlinx;
  • Contacting Medixlinx through designated channels;
  • Submitting a provider application through the Apply page;
  • Evaluating whether Medixlinx may be relevant to your practice, organization, or inquiry.

You may not use the site to:

  • Scrape, harvest, mirror, index, or systematically extract site content, forms, or data;
  • Use bots, scripts, crawlers, or other automated means to access the site except as expressly permitted;
  • Submit false, misleading, incomplete, or deceptive information;
  • Misrepresent your identity, authority, credentials, affiliation, or purpose;
  • Interfere with, probe, overload, test against, or bypass site controls or submission logic;
  • Copy or repurpose Medixlinx materials to build, imitate, benchmark, or market a competing intake, routing, lead-generation, or directory system;
  • Imply that Medixlinx has accepted, endorsed, approved, listed, or partnered with you when it has not done so in writing;
  • Use the site or its public-facing materials in any unlawful, parasitic, or commercially misleading manner.

Medixlinx reserves the right to block, refuse, disregard, review, archive, or otherwise respond to misuse at its discretion.

If you submit information through a contact form, application field, or other channel made available on the site, you represent that the information provided is materially accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to provide it.

By submitting information through the site, you understand and agree that:

  • Medixlinx may review submissions in a controlled manner and on its own timetable;
  • Medixlinx is not required to respond to every inquiry or application;
  • Submission does not create any duty to accept, onboard, route, list, contract with, or otherwise engage with the submitting party;
  • Submission does not create a provider relationship, business relationship, fiduciary relationship, or partnership;
  • Medixlinx may reject, ignore, archive, remove, or retain submissions at its discretion for evaluation, compliance, recordkeeping, and communication purposes.

Do not submit confidential, proprietary, regulated, or highly sensitive material through a public-facing form unless the submission is clearly appropriate to that channel.

The Apply page is the designated public entry point for providers seeking possible participation in Medixlinx.

Submitting an application through the Apply page does not guarantee review, response, acceptance, onboarding, routing access, listing rights, exclusivity, territorial rights, or participation of any kind.

Provider participation, if offered, is governed by the Provider Agreement and related provider-facing materials made available on or through the Apply page. In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Use and an executed provider agreement, the executed provider agreement controls as to the provider relationship.

This site is provided for informational, administrative, and application-related purposes only.

  • Nothing on this site constitutes:
  • Medical advice;
  • Veterinary advice;
  • Diagnosis or treatment guidance;
  • Legal advice;
  • Emergency triage;
  • A guarantee that any request, inquiry, or application will be accepted, routed, or resolved.

Do not rely on this site as a substitute for direct clinical judgment, direct veterinary judgment, licensed legal counsel, or emergency services.

This site is provided on an as-is and as available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Medixlinx does not guarantee that the site will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for any particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Medixlinx disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, or reliability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Medixlinx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to:

  • Use of or inability to use the site;
  • Reliance on public-facing site content;
  • Delays, interruptions, or site unavailability;
  • Rejected, unanswered, ignored, delayed, or removed submissions;
  • Any decision not to accept a provider application;
  • Unauthorized access, misuse, or third-party interference affecting the site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Medixlinx’s total liability arising from public use of the site shall not exceed the amount, if any, paid specifically for such use. In most cases, that amount will be zero.

Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Medixlinx may revise these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the site after revised terms are posted constitutes acceptance of those revisions.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to public use of the site shall be brought in the courts located in the County of Kings, unless controlling law requires otherwise.

§2. Terms of Copyright

Unless otherwise stated, all content and materials on this site are owned by Medixlinx or used under authorization. This includes, without limitation:

  • Site copy;
  • Layout and page structure;
  • Graphics and visual elements;
  • Logos, names, and brand materials;
  • Public-facing descriptions of the Medixlinx routing protocol;
  • The selection, arrangement, and presentation of site content.

The Medixlinx name, related marks, and associated branding may not be copied, reproduced, imitated, framed, republished, or used in a misleading, infringing, or parasitic manner without prior written permission.

Nothing on this site grants any license or right to use Medixlinx marks except for ordinary nominative reference that is lawful and non-misleading.

No part of this site may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, distributed, modified, adapted, commercially exploited, or used to train, inform, or structure a competing system without prior written authorization from Medixlinx.

This restriction applies not only to isolated text or graphics, but also to the site’s structured presentation, distinctive framing, protocol descriptions, submission architecture, and semantic organization.

You may not scrape, mirror, harvest, index, frame, cache, or systematically extract any portion of the site or its contents by automated or manual means for reuse, resale, benchmarking, commercial analysis, model training, or competitive replication.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Medixlinx.

If you believe any material on this site infringes your rights, you may submit an inquiry through the contact form on the Company page for review.

§3. Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Medixlinx handles information submitted through the website and information collected through ordinary operation of the site.

By using the site or submitting information through it, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Medixlinx may collect information that you provide directly, including:

  • Name;
  • Email address;
  • Phone number;
  • Organization or practice name;
  • Role or title;
  • Information submitted through contact forms or provider application fields;
  • Any other information you choose to provide through the site.

Medixlinx may also collect certain technical and usage information through routine website operation, such as:

  • IP address;
  • Browser type;
  • Device type;
  • Referring pages;
  • Page visits;
  • Dates and times of access;
  • Other basic analytics or log information.

Medixlinx may use collected information to:

  • Review and respond to inquiries;
  • Evaluate provider applications;
  • Operate, maintain, and improve the site;
  • Protect against misuse, fraud, spam, or unauthorized access;
  • Maintain business records;
  • Support legal, compliance, and administrative functions;
  • Communicate regarding inquiries, submissions, applications, or site-related matters.

Submission of information through the site does not guarantee a response, acceptance, or provider participation.

Because Medixlinx operates in the context of human and animal care routing, users should not submit unnecessary medical, veterinary, or other sensitive personal information through public-facing site forms unless the form clearly calls for it and the submission is appropriate to that channel.

Medixlinx may receive health-related, personally identifiable, or otherwise sensitive information in connection with inquiries, applications, or related communications. Such information may be used, retained, and handled in accordance with the purpose of the submission, applicable law, and Medixlinx’s operational or contractual obligations where applicable.

Submission through a public-facing site form does not by itself create any medical-provider relationship, veterinary-provider relationship, emergency response obligation, or provider participation right.

Medixlinx does not sell personal information submitted through the site in the ordinary course of business.

Medixlinx may share information where reasonably necessary to:

  • Operate and maintain the website;
  • Use hosting, analytics, form, email, security, or similar service providers;
  • Comply with law, regulation, subpoena, or lawful request;
  • Protect the rights, property, systems, or safety of Medixlinx or others;
  • Evaluate, establish, or enforce legal claims or contractual rights.

The site may use cookies, analytics tools, server logs, or similar technologies to understand site traffic, improve performance, and maintain site security.

You may control certain cookie settings through your browser. Disabling some settings may affect site function.

Medixlinx may retain submitted and technical information for as long as reasonably necessary for operational, review, recordkeeping, security, legal, and compliance purposes.

Retention periods may vary depending on the nature of the information and the purpose for which it was collected.

Medixlinx uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information submitted through the site. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and Medixlinx cannot guarantee absolute security.

This site is not directed to children under 13, and Medixlinx does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through the public site.

If you contact Medixlinx through the contact form on the Company page or through another designated site channel, Medixlinx may retain the content of your communication and any associated contact information for follow-up, recordkeeping, and related administrative purposes.

Medixlinx may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The revised version will become effective when posted unless a different date is stated.
